Panchal, Additional Director (VS), Health, Medical Services, and Medical Education (HS), Government of Gujarat talked about the E-Mamta initiative that involves name-based tracking of pregnant women for ANCs, Delivery, and PNCs; children for immunization and nutrition; adolescents for RCH services; and eligible couples for family planning
