ViewSonic has announced the launch of it new service initiativeViewCare,
to boost its after sales servicing capabilities for its customers across India.
This initiative is part of the companys commitment to offer customer satisfaction
and repair service support for all ViewSonic products.
The service will be offered through service agents spread across 80 plus Indian
cities, helping customers to locate the nearest service point. The support service
also extends easy and convenient ways to log on your complaint through its various
service networks across the country promising to offer warranty support to its
customers.
Service seeking customers can log on their complaint by calling ViewSonic, sending
email or through the online portal.
The companys toll free number is 1800-11-9999 for MTNL/BSNL callers as

ViewSonic has also introduced Short Messaging Service as a value addition in
the service process to help customers refer with ease. Thereby, every time a
person logs a complaint call with the service center their Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number will be sent across to them immediately through SMS.
ViewSonic India, very soon will also be coming up with walk in service support
centers for the notebooks and PC Minis products across the country including
the collection centers at various strategic locations for the convenience to
its users.
Recently, ViewSonic has expanded its business operations in India and launched
the complete new range of products adding to its product portfolio as it forayed
into consumer electronic and PC segment.
