Preventing employee burnout
Employee burnout can be termed as “emotional exhaustion and detachment” from work, which could be due to a host of factors—both professional and personal. The major contributors to work-related burnout are—tight deadlines, high work pressure, no free time, stringent penalty clauses and poor leadership.
