BIGGEST CAREER INFLUENCE: Setting up an EDP department without any real background of IT and implementation of the MRP system in the initial years set the tone for my professional journey.

THE PERSON WHO INFLUENCED YOU THE MOST: My ex-boss Thakur Desai. A great mentor and guide, it was he who encouraged me to shift from Finance to IT. He taught me the value of time management something that has helped me till date in my career.

YOUR SUCCESS MANTRA: Think positive, be kind and help others as much as possible.

TECHNOLOGY YOU CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT: My computer and cell phone.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY DOING THE MOST: Traveling to different countries and meeting new people.

YOUR MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT: The day I got married.

FAVOURITE MOVIE: The Ten Commandments and The Guns of Navarone.

FAVOURITE BOOK: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People written by Stephen R Covey.

YOUR OBSESSION: Punctuality and hygiene.

BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT SO FAR: In addition to setting up the EDP department in my previous organization, I also setup an IT department in my current organization and successfully implemented a full blown ERP system in just eight months.

ONE THING YOU WANT TO CHANGE ABOUT YOURSELF: I need to keep my temper in check.

ONE THING YOU WOULD NEVER WANT TO CHANGE ABOUT YOURSELF: My time management ability.

BEST ADVICE EVER RECEIVED AND FROM WHOM: My ex-boss Thakur Desai who always encouraged me stay positive and told me not to loose heart when faced with any failures. He would say failures are nothing but a stepping stones for success.
