Talisma held its annual business and technology conference,
Talisma Insight, recently in Mumbai. The aim of this conference was to invite
the company's customers and get their feedback on Talisma's solutions.
The software vendor announced the availability of a new solution,
Talisma CRM Atom, that allows SMBs to leverage best practices and tools built
into the so-called CRM-in-a-box, thereby maximizing RoI. The Atom edition is
a CRM solution that is delivered pre-built along with all required software
and hardware. Talisma CRM Atom edition will be available for an upfront purchase
or on a monthly rental basis. In addition, SMBs can upgrade from this edition
to other, higher editions of Talisma CRM.
Raj Mruthyunjayappa, Managing Director, Talisma's Asia-Pacific
and European Operations, revealed that with over a decade of experience in CRM
deployments and over a thousand deployments, Talisma has developed best practices
across industries that have been bundled into Atom.
He added, In today's tough business environment, SMBs
need to deploy a business system that can be rapidly implemented for quicker
time to value. Additionally, these systems carry a low TCO while providing easy
access to the right information at the right time for informed decision making.
Talisma CRM Atom makes the delivery of end-to-end automated CRM solutions faster
and more effective.
The cost of the software for five users is between Rs. 22,000-25,000
per month. The company is planning to have vertical-specific partnerships to
market this product; some of it's partners include Hinduja Global Solution and
Bajaj Capital. This year Talisma plans to build the market and channel partners
for the Atom solution.
SMC Global is also planning to implement Talisma's mobile
CRM solution.
