Apacer Audio Steno AU380

Simmtronics 2 GB DDR3

Features: These DDR3 modules offer faster transfer speeds than DDR2 and better bandwidth with an 8-bit as opposed to 4-bit prefetch buffer. The lower operating voltage of DDR3 memory modules results in a 20-30% reduction in power consumption when compared to systems with DDR2 memory.

It can transfer data at a rate of 800-1,600 MHz using both the rising and the falling edges of a 400–800 MHz I/O clock. DDR3 modules have 240 pins, the same number as DDR2, and are the same size, but are electrically incompatible and have a different key notch location.
