EduLogiciel consists of a "User Management" module that enables registered users to access all permitted modules. Universities can register themselves and access the portal by paying the access fees per year. The Master Administrator controls the entire portal. Once a university registers with the portal, an administrator is automatically created who can access the entire application. He can create students, create Groups, assign students to groups and even upload content based on course and chapters. Each user can change password if required. The system has a Manage Course module by which courses and all its details are maintained. The Administrator can create and maintain chapters for a specific course. The Administrator and authorized users can upload one or more content/topic files under each chapter. For each content/topic file uploaded there is a provision to create tests. Uploaded topic files can be .PDF, .DOC, AVI or .FLV. Questions can be created and maintained (multiple choice.) through Skill Test module. Also images related to the question can also be uploaded when creating or editing questions. Criteria for tests can be added, view the progress of the student and evaluate and comment on the Evaluation. A student can register for a course through the registration module. Once enrollment confirmed and a user name and password provided to the student, the student could start accessing the contents of file and even perform self-assessment. A user can bookmark questions during self-assessment so that he can view it later. Once the self-assessment is completed, the user can view the test results instantly and also the copies of the result will be e-mailed automatically to the Course Approver and the student if required. The Course Approver can view registration notifications, course duration extension requests etc. A student can view course catalog as well as get online help regarding the usage of EduLogiciel.
