Cogent Touch Point
Features: This office administration facilitates automation
by doing away with the manual process of filling up visitor passes. The
passes are instead printed onto a self adhesive sticker, which can be displayed
on the visitor’s shirt or top. Also the photograph of the visitor which
is captured through a webcam is printed onto the sticker pass.
It also provides the facility of vernacular translation of fields and generates
customized reports. The fields in each display screen can also be custom defined
based on the business activity of a user. Subsequent versions of Touch Point
will also provide users the benefits of RFID tagging which will be built into
visitor passes.
