Wacom digitisers

Features: Neoteric has launched Wacom‘s Graphire range of digitisers (tablets) for imaging professionals. The digitiser comes with a pressure- sensitive pen that helps the user make fine selections between edges. The Graphire range of digitisers are available in sizes of 4” x 5” and 6” x 8”, with a battery-less pen, and work on Windows and Mac platforms.

The PenPartner can be used for daily applications with a PC or laptop. The pen can be used instead of keypad for writing and adding signatures.

Brocade 4 GB SAN switches

Features: Brocade Communications Systems has launched a 4 Gbps Fibre Channel SAN switch for blade servers that is now available on HP BladeSystem solutions.

The Brocade 4 GB SAN switch for HP p-Class BladeSystem consolidates server and storage connectivity into a single, integrated architecture.

The integrated Brocade 4 Gbps switch module has eight internal Fibre Channel ports facing the eight dual server bays of the HP BladeSystem, and four external-facing Fibre Channel ports to support enterprise storage and SAN fabric connectivity. The ports have auto-sensing features built into it, making the HP BladeSystem compatible with 1, 2, or 4 Gbps data link speeds.

Sony DRX 720UL DVD Burner

Features: The Sony DRX 720UL DVD occupies just 18 sq. inches of space and gets connected to a laptop or desktop PC through a USB 2.0 & DV iLink interface. It has features such as DVD writing in five DVD burning formats.

These are DVD+R - 16x, DVD-R - 16X, DVD+R DL (Double Layer) - 4X, DVD+RW - 8x and DVD-RW - 6x.
