InMage Systems, the California-based data continuity company, has opened a new facility in Hyderabad. The product development centre will be part of its global design team and will be responsible for developing existing and future products. The company has drawn up plans to invest about $2 million in its India operations this year.

According to Kumar Malavalli, Chairman and CEO of the company, “The new centre is a full life-cycle service provider. The headcount at the new facility will be 40 by this year-end.”

Data continuity involves data protection and data management, including remote replication and continuous backup which have become strong factors for success in the modern business environment.

Manugistics opens India product development centre
