Technology Tip

The common problem with traditional clipboards is that they can hold only one chunk of data at any point of time. A feature in Word 2000 called Office Clipboard lets you copy multiple items for pasting into any office document. For using the Office clipboard, right click on the standard toolbar and select Clipboard. Once the clipboard toolbar is visible, you can select items from the toolbar by simply rolling the mouse pointer over the item of interest.
