ADC KRONE has launched HighBand 25, a high-density 25 pair cross-connect solution. The Category 6-compliant HighBand 25 solution is an integral part of ADC KRONE’s TrueNET solution and has been developed to support emerging applications such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and broadband. The HighBand 25 solution features zero bit error performance, Category 6 component compliance and cable management, Patch by Exception or PBE, isolation facility and an innovative patch cord design. “The thriving BPO, ITeS and outsourcing establishments need a flexible and yet converged networks that make integration of voice and data easy while still supporting numerous applications,” said Bala K Chandran, managing director, ADC KRONE India.

The HighBand 25 also features a centre port that acts as a test port to provide ‘look both ways’ testing capability without the removal of any wire. This port also allows simple circuit monitoring through use of a test cord. HighBand 25 is available as individual components or in a complete system, consisting of unique wire termination blocks, cable managers, patch cords, mounting frames, label holders and covers.
