Spam no more
E-mail is an essential component of business communications. That’s what makes the rapid increase in spam so alarming. Gartner says that 35 to 50 percent of e-mail messages are spam and the scenario will get worse if stringent measures are not adopted.

India Inc wages war with spam
Spam has left most companies in the country baffled. The deluge of spam gets worse every day and there are no fool-proof solutions on the market. Numerous vendors claim that they have been able to reduce the density of spam, but when one speaks to CIOs or CTOs, they narrate a different story.

Spam: a primer
Spam is the common term used for electronic junk mail i.e. unwanted messages sent to a person’s e-mail account or mobile phone. According to some analysts, spam makes up more than 60 percent of all e-mail traffic.
