Hasta la vista, Assistant

If the Microsoft Office Assistant is getting in the way, just disable it. To do this, right click on the assistant and click on Options from the right-click menu. This will bring up a dialog box where clearing “Use the Office Assistant” will get rid of Clippy for good.
