Tracmail partners with Webhelp and Spherenomics

Tracmail has announced an agreement to combine operations with its partner firms, Webhelp and Spherenomics, to form TWS Holdings. The new venture has multiple North American and Indian operation centres, which provide scale, quality, and redundancy for Fortune 500 clients. The major shareholders of Tracmail and Webhelp are CIBC World Markets, The View Group, Insight Capital Partners, eTEC Ventures, and Adi Cooper, who have announced that they will remain company shareholders and plan to fund additional growth capital. The principals of Spherenomics will also allocate additional funding.
