This just in: “It’s gonna get darker before it gets brighter.” Not my words, but a paraphrase of what analysts are commenting on the elusive resurgence of tech spending worldwide, as they continue to paint a gloomy picture of the tech revival.

“Customer responsiveness is a critical necessity”
Tata Telecom’s business strategy, which emphasises the need for building a healthy customer relationship, has helped the company transform itself into a leading enterprise communication solutions provider. Niru Mehta, vice chairman of Tata Telecom and managing director of Avaya India, spoke to Punita Jasrotia about the importance of customer responsiveness and the customer-centric forum called ‘Winning through Customer Responsiveness’, which is expected to give a fillip to the company’s mission of delivering through customer satisfaction
