Larsen
& Toubro Infotech (L&T Infotech) announced that its
European operations have been assessed by KPMG at SEI CMM
Level 5. L&T Infotech achieved this ascent from Level
4 to Level 5 in a short span of 6 months.
“Our
customer satisfaction index has shown considerable improvement,
due to continuous improvement in the processes and usage of
tools, enabling us to deliver cost-effective and high quality
solutions”, said Vinay Rajadhyaksha, VP and head of Europe
operations, L&T Infotech. Some of the demonstrated benefits
to the clients include, 100 percent on-time delivery, improved
client visibility in development processes, reduced effort
variances and effective defect prevention. “L&T Infotech
has consistently demonstrated continuous improvement in its
processes spanning core functions including project management,
