Bathina
Technologies (India), the Hyderabad-based voice automation
software developer, has announced that its product Bathina
VoiceAuto version 1.2 has received the National Software Testing
Laboratories (NSTL) certification. The laboratory is an independent
testing facility based in Philadelphia, USA.

Announcing
the certification, G K P Reddi, chairman, NSTL (India), presented
the test reports and a plaque commemorating the award of the
NSTL Tested logo to Rao Bathina, chairman of Bathina
Technologies.
The product was subjected to extensive tests on various parameters
such as general functionality, stability and usability. Under
the functionality test, the features described in the products
manual were checked by NSTL test plans to ensure that they
matched the functionality as described. Adhoc tests were conducted
on the product with invalid/wrong data operations to ensure
that the product continued to behave appropriately under adverse
usage conditions. Bathina VoiceAuto was tested on various
versions of the Microsoft Windows platform, including 95,
98, NT and 2000, to check compatibility of the product.
Speaking at the occasion, Rao Bathina said the certification
signified the products conformance of international
standards and it would be the companys constant endeavour
to develop new products that would comply with international
standards and benefit users globally.
The occasion also marked the launch of version 1.2 of VoiceAutos
Personal and Lite editions. The new version is sold with the
new Cognitive Process functionality that enables
the product to adapt to the users choice of working
with the product.
