Bathina VoiceAuto is NSTL tested

S Prasanna/Hyderabad

Bathina Technologies (India), the Hyderabad-based voice automation software developer, has announced that its product Bathina VoiceAuto version 1.2 has received the National Software Testing Laboratories (NSTL) certification. The laboratory is an independent testing facility based in Philadelphia, USA.

According to Bathina, the NSTL certification verifies the product’s adherence to international standards

Announcing the certification, G K P Reddi, chairman, NSTL (India), presented the test reports and a plaque commemorating the award of the ‘NSTL Tested’ logo to Rao Bathina, chairman of Bathina Technologies.

The product was subjected to extensive tests on various parameters such as general functionality, stability and usability. Under the functionality test, the features described in the product’s manual were checked by NSTL test plans to ensure that they matched the functionality as described. Adhoc tests were conducted on the product with invalid/wrong data operations to ensure that the product continued to behave appropriately under adverse usage conditions. Bathina VoiceAuto was tested on various versions of the Microsoft Windows platform, including 95, 98, NT and 2000, to check compatibility of the product.

Speaking at the occasion, Rao Bathina said the certification signified the product’s conformance of international standards and it would be the company’s constant endeavour to develop new products that would comply with international standards and benefit users globally.

The occasion also marked the launch of version 1.2 of VoiceAuto’s Personal and Lite editions. The new version is sold with the new ‘Cognitive Process’ functionality that enables the product to adapt to the users’ choice of working with the product.
